Right away you have to go after any player that doesn't kiss the feet of the Heat. So maybe you should let that go.

So every time that happens I'm going to bring up how big of a douche Wade is.

No.... KG has alway been a douche. He was a douche in high school...which I saw him play as the #1 player in country when in Chicago out of Farragut Academy, he was a douche in Minnesota and has continued being one in Boston.

Jason Terry was a douche before he was Celtic when he was a Mav for MANY years.

Changing uniform does not change the player.

The league has always let it go as "that's just KG/Jason being KG/Terry....". Even when Ray Allen was interviewed after the game and they asked him how he felt about the fact that KG did not even acknowledge him when he went to greet him...he used the leagues universal line..."aww...that's just KG being KG...".

You can bring up Wade all you want and how supposedly he "intentionally" tried to hurt Rondo, your prerogative, but the fact remains, KG has been "unintentionally" throwing elbows for almost a decade longer than Wade has been in the league.

I did NOT expect Ray Allen to play this well tonight.

Imagine what he'll do against teams that aren't as good defensively as Boston.

He also played more minutes(32 minutes) than they wanted due to LeBron being out most to all of the 4th quarter.

Locally, Pistons start tonight, will be interesting to see if they can play close to 500 basketball this year. After there home game tonight they have go straight out west, looks like a rough start for them

give it time. It wasn't pretty for the heat either at the beginning. They'll be better as the season goes on. Ton of games left. As far as the heat goes,last night they looked like a team that has played together long enough to look very organized. Even the new pieces fitted in very well. Nice win especially because of what last night meant to the organization but it's only one game.

And your POS boy Wade has been a kicker and flopper for years, than he wants to cry like a biach last night after Rondo hard fouled him. He will have a beef with Rondo the day Rondo takes out his elbow or knee. You don't like Terry because he killed your boy Wade in the finals 2 years ago.

Ray Allen can't keep his stupid mouth shut about Doc, I have more respect for Doc than I do for a liar.

Bottom line is you don't like KG and I hate Dwayne Wade, nothing we say here is going to change that. I haven't had enough time to form an opinion of Jason Terry, but if you don't like him, I'm sure I will love him.

1st off I agree with most of what you said. But KG was traded to Boston and Allen signed as a FA, so it's a little different. 2nd I was all set to come here and give the Heat props for playing a good game last night, which they did. But what's the first thing I see when I pop in to the thread, more snarky comments from salsa about Celtics players. I was just making a point that a fan of Dwayne Wade shouldn't be throwing stones.

My hatred is not for the Heat, it's for a single player, Lebron and Bosh are great players who play the game the right way I have zero issues with them.


I like talking heat/celtics with you because you're not a "hater". It's too bad this discussion took the turn it did.

I agree there are some differences between what kg did and ray but at the core I think its similar. at the end these players want to win. kg left (traded) to do that and rays reasons include him seeing Miami as his best shot at another title. but I can't ignore the fact that there's more than one reason for his departure from Boston. either way I thought he was one of your real classy players and liked him while he was with Boston.

you guys made some really good moves this off season which I feel will make our defending of the trophy even harder this season. barbosa is one of those guys who I dislike since he came in the league. I was not thrilled when I saw him in your lineup last night . He does all the little important things on a consistent basis and can become quite the thorn in the opposing teams ass. overall the celtics got younger and looked faster last night.
