NBA 2011-2012 PLAYOFFS

this is how i felt in the last couple of minutes of that game......

For as sloppy as Lebron's 4 quarter was, he was seriously clutch with a perfect night at the free throw line especially the final 2 with 6 seconds left.

he closed last night and has been great so far in the finals. perfect at the FT line i believe. wade stepped up and got it going early this time and batiers 17 were critical. bosh has a great game as well. i'm just not thrilled in the mode they went into with 6 minutes trying to eat the clock instead of staying aggressive offensively. OKC proved last night again that you can't relax on them for one second.

The chicken crap refs will NEVER call a 6th foul on Durrant REGARDLESS of how obvious it is ...LMAO!

...wow..

doesn't matter. i saw calls go both ways last night. maybe a little more on their side as expected in the NBA  i say the missed call on that last shot by KD made up for everything else. it didn't look like a hard enough foul to have made a difference with the shot attempt, but it still looked like a foul. i will admit that.

Not enough intensity by OKC to start the game. You can't dig yourself into a hole time after time and expect to climb out in the 2nd half. Now they have to go and snag one in Miami.

CLASS ACT by both Durrant and Brooks not harping and having full press conferences on miss calls. Durrant simply said, he makes that shot all the time and he just missed. He didn't bitch that 'I got hit', he did say 'refs blew the call' ...it was complete accountability. Same things by Brooks, "I am not going to get into that now...I never did as a player. There was plenty of things we should have done better to worry about a call that was made or not made...."

Hard to dislike a coach and/or player that are accountable for the actions without blaming others.:up

well said. classy organization and very classy fans as well. i tell ya that atmosphere in that arena in OKC is scary.

He was hot because ONCE again, Spo went AWAY from having Lebron cover him. In the 2nd half, the Heat went with Battier play him almost exclusively.

true. i'm a little worried about all the minutes lebron is playing and how he's having to play them.

Well, that is the reason he is "spot" guarding Durrant and visa versa. I understand WHY...but critical times in the game, you HAVE to put you best defender on they best offensive player.

And if I am not mistaken, he is playing less minutes in this series than the previous 2.

This TERRIBLE officiating is killing this beautiful game. That was NOT a foul on Durrant on the Wade shot and that was TERRIBLE "dive" theatrics on the part of Fisher.

Wow, I was looking for a lot more posts to be in this thread. Heat with an impressive win. Another game where the Thunder just couldn't close.

too tired  but when the heat lose a game you'll see way more posts by others. :)

This is the first game where OKC didn't make an impressive move in the 4th quarter. Either they didn't apply enough pressure to wear out Miami in the first 3 quarters, or Miami is starting to work on their endurance.

England will destroy Italy sunday!! OH YEA!!!
