My programming tab greyed out?

Is anyone my programming tab greyed on dish online, a chat representative told me cause I live in hawaii? It been like this for ages and ages.

I beleive Alaska and Virgin Islands are restricted as well. Not 100% on that though.

No, but the midnight lounge is greyed out in NW Florida, because the state attorney set the public standards without asking anyone else. South Florida gets them.

Wonder if those in PR have that tab grayed out..

Somewhere in the deep recesses of my mind I remember this being talked about.
