My on-demand is down. I'm guessing this happens once in a while and is temporary. Am I right?

Just wondering. This is a different receiver and I barely ever rebooted it and have NEVER done a CLEARMYBOX 1 or 2 on this one so it shouldn't be like last time, so my question is, is it ever down temporarily?

IN your setup, it is successfully connected to the internet? I am only asking because you did not mention that part....
