My Joey 2.0 died. Dish is sending a replacement, but I feel kind of bad for the little guy. Maybe I should have a service for him or something. I did a chat. I asked the representative if I could take a Joey from another room and use it here (living room). He told me I could try, but it wouldn't work. Please return it to where it belongs once I discovered it didn't work. When I plugged it in, it rebooted itself an extra time, but otherwise it works fine.
