My H3 changes channels almost as slowly as DirecTV.

For the past 5 days channel changes take 5 to 10 seconds. Previously changes were much faster. I've restarted with no effect.

Did you do an unplug restart? That often settles things a bit.

Try that unplug for a minute and then plug it back in.
