MPEG4 Tests have Begun: Check it out

Check out this website on the 129 Satellite. Scroll all of the way to the bottom of the channel listing. MPEG4 testing is currently under way. I haven't checked out their other sats to see if Dish is doing the same on them or not, but you can click on those satellites too from this page.

All I have to say is HURRAY! Go Dish! Go! More HD! Lots More... Please!!

I think goaliebob's info is pretty good. Why do we need to know about resolution and bandwidth or see the channel logo? I know what the ABC logo looks like; I don't need to see a picture of it. You seem to be the only one bashing his info. Since you like DBSTalk's info so much, why don't you go over there?

Hey, Sorry to all of you at Sat. Guys. I didn't even realize what this thread would do. If any of you that head up this site would like to remove this thread, please do. Sat. Guys is in my opinion the best place for info.

Sence mpg4 video is encrypted and not currently avaible to any subs the only way that you would be able to view that is if your working for dish. I know posting that info Directly Violates Any Non disclosure Agreements with dish that all employees sign on when they are highered... And if thats not the case then that forces me to conclude other things... Im allways willing to protect "Anons" if there willing share that type of info. all you have to do is pm me or any other mod.. say what it is... and that you would like the informtion posted as anon and we would be more than happy to post it for you. The only reason why i edited the way I did was becase it was a commercal link to an commercial sight that didnt have any valid content to it.. If it would have been to a thread in refrence to the above topic with valid info that wasnt posted here or discussed her prior to.. It would have been allright.. Scott is right that this sight bashing has got to stop.. It's getting veary old..
