Movie won't transfer to HopperGo

Has anyone had any issues transferring recordings to the HopperGo? There is one movie that just won't "go."

I have that same problem. No one has been able to suggest a solution yet. I am wondering if it's a software issue or some issue with my specific receiver (Hopper 2 with Sling).
