Motor plus 5X4 multi switch

I want to expand my FTA C and Ku to other rooms in my house. I already have dual LNBF's. Can i run the motor from my CS5000 and use a multi switch on the same coax? Would it be OK to run the coax from the coolsat to the switch then through the motor then the lnbf? I only want the coolsat to control the motor not the other receivers.

General rule is receiver is cabled directly to motor. Switches are not supposed to be exposed to motor current.

as brent noted you need to put the switch between the motor and the LNB

That is what I have (well part of the setup). a 4x4 multiswitch on the motor (for both KU & DBS) going to 4 boxes. one (the Coolsat 5000) controls the motor. The rest are just slaved to it and can only see what the main one does. The other boxes have the fixed C-Band (and G10) diseqc'd in so they can watch a few other things (see sig for what I mean)
