More and more streaming FAST channels on DISH

Gues this is great if you have a fast internet, but a lot of people don't or would probably have dropped dish. Just another example of paying more for less

Seriously considering cancelling after my comittment is up.

Does Dish require that subscribers have certain packages to stream these channels?
I was curious and checked the guide.(I changed it to 'all channels".) The Guide does not show them at all. I have wellcome package.

Yeah, you need 200 or above.... Welcome and Flex won't see them.

Edit, it might actually be 120 and above or somewhere in between.
