Monthly receiver pricing if changing from single to dual tuner?

OK so I can prepare my dad for his next bill, I swapped out a bad single tuner for a new dual tuner (non DVR)...so what will the pricing be?

Going from 4 301/311's to a 322 and 3 301/311's

If I remember from the pricing stuff at the beginning of year it should be the same

old
311 was included
(3) single tuner MPEG2 receivers (301/311)...21 bucks (3 x $7)

new
322 included (are all fees included)?

or am I wrong?

Your most expensive receiver is included free with the programming. The $14 for the 322 gets nixed so you would pay $21 total for all of the receivers.

ok so the bill really doesnt change then since the 3 add'l receivers are still single tuner non DVR units
