No legal background, but I firmly believe Voom has a stronger position in court since they didnt capitulate to the 5 channel offer. Its a suite of 15 channels, and i think it opens a can of worms had they said yes to 5...mighta been an indication they were agreeing to be placed in the ultimate tier, which they are not agreeable to. we shall see...
How many even know about the petition on top of that. I find it funny how when it comes to points of view, you forget the numbers that do not prove your point. The Voom basher will insist that only 1300 people care about Voom/monsters HD. The fact is when you factor the all the numbers the percentages improve. (hd tv subs with top tier on dish, number of people that read sat guys or are have internet access..for examples) Please If you do not care for Voom or Monster HD , that fine with me. Just do not assume your dislikes are law.
