MLB 2009 Season

I had a quad bypass in 1996, and a "re-do" last June!!!...

The younger you are, the easier it is to tolerate, and the way they "harvest" the replacement vein, (usually from your leg) has improved immensely from how they used to do it.

Here is to all that have had or are having that surgery...may God Bless you and heal you!!!...:up

Thanks for the info Boomer!! You a gamer buddy!! And VERY glad you are doing better!:up

My grandpapy had quituple(sp?) at 74 and lasted another 15 years!!!:eek:
And my aunts told me the ONLY reason he didn't last longer was because he said "I ain't lettin' no god**** snot-nosed kid doctor tell ME how to live and eat.....F*** him!!" LMAO!! Stubborn old mad!! GOD rest his soul!!

The Angels are looking hot in spring training. Gonna be very interesting seeing how the Yanks work out with that brutal line-up. Looking forward to seeing the Halo lit up on my way home from work again. It's time for the greatest sport in the world!

How a team does in Spring Training is not indicative of how you'll do during the just season.

Just ask the Lions- 4-0 in the practice session, 0-16 when it counted.

Wonder how many other stars do the same thing without any mention in the media ???

Or journeymen players that though do not make A-Rod type money, they still make WELL OVER 1 million bucks...and are still calling prostitutes!!

Forget it now, if A-Rod farts in a Starbucks, it will be headline news......

What the hell does football have to do with baseball?

LOL! Kids...what can you do?

All I know is that after being the last team to hit a HR this Spring, the Angels have quietly piled up the best record in the Cactus League. I am told that you would swear there is no difference in this club than last year's. The attitude and the determination are all back and they are poised and ready to take on the '09 Campaign with no reisduals from the heartbreaking loss in the '08 ALDS.

So who is replacing K-Rod? I know you thought it wouldn't be a big deal, but 60+ saves is an awful deep hole to fill.

I saw him pitcher for the 1st time when Puerto Rico played Venezuela...he is SICK!! The Venezulans call him "El Cuco" which is the spanish translation of "The Boogie Man". That guys has some seriously scary as sh** stuff!!

He will be IMPOSSIBLE to replace....

80 mph change-up, 90 mph curve ball and a heater in the UPPER 90s!! He hit 2 fast balls in the game he pitched at 99!!!

THAT is simply unfair!

I think the Angels will live to regret letting K-Rod leave.

Hopefully for you, they will do BETTER than last year.
With them NOT making it last year should have the fire in their bellies all the more this year.

Anyone know where I can see how many games the Reds will have in HD this year.
