Missing functionality after switch from 921 to 722

After getting rid of the 921 which was full of bugs, we got the 722, and have been happy with it, however, there is one item which really irritates the crap out of us.

When recording multiple back to back shows on the same channel, for instance, recording from 5 am to 2 pm on a certain channel every week, what USED to happen on the 921 was, I could select individual shows from that time block by selecting it, and a submenu of all the shows recorded during that time would appear, and I could select any one of them, or read their descriptions.

For some reason, this feature is totally MISSING on the 722!!

So.... to see what each show was about, you have to FF through each one, and hit the info button!!!!

Not cool.


Am i doing something wrong? or did the programmers forget?

Not sure don't have the 722, however I would like to you to SatelliteGuys!!!!

PS. I have installed a couple but never have looked that close, you have got me thinking though.

Sounds like you are setting a manual timer for the whole time from 5am to 2pm. Set up a dish pass for each of the programs.

Then you get bits of one program on another dvr. Probably a bigger hassle to find the missing piece.
