If Microsoft is tired of listening perhaps they should go back to ignoring their customers. It's not like that would be a new behavior for them.

Perhaps they are tired of hearing about mistakes they may have thought that they made? Or herhaps too rapid of a change for consumer so adjusted to a windows program that had not dramatically changed this much since it came out until now.
