Just to clarify, these are original microHD units manufactured in the same facility but at different times. There are minor differences in original firmware, because as we developed, each new firmware included new changes.
The difference with the last batch, we loaded a more Satellite and Transponder information that in some cases caused receivers to malfunction. This took us by surprise, because the list itself seemed to be tested and validated. At this point we are still sporadically finding looping occur, but possibly for different reasons that the engineers are trying to identify.
If you have a looping receiver, please give us a call and we will take care of it.
As for the printing, because we did have our equipment held up at customs for verifying and proving licenses, we found it has become simply harder to bring things in. USA vendor's equipment gets held up more often then before for more reasons than before.
These are not gray market units and are fully covered under warranty. All serial numbers are tracked and we provide warranty for all of our product well beyond the 1 year.
