I think it has some potential but I'm trying to imagine how this can go too many seasons. I just don't see the story being able to be strong enough for multiple seasons.

Somehow I was reminded of "The Last Resort". So, now we are going to have this ship put putting around the oceans doing raids for supplies and being randomly attacked for the rest of the season? OK, maybe I could see a season, but how do you make 5+?
