Memphis HD locals

Channel 75 says new hd locals in your area but they're not. You try to select channel 75 and it says not available. How long does this gon before they actually turn the hd locals on??

Scott said we would get the locals next week. He only mention NBC, Fox, and CBS. It leaves me to wonder if ABC and CW will be added. All five were uplinked in April. I wonder if this was(is) the hold up.
