Here's the funny thing. I've dealt with this issue before years ago when they tried this "one dish" rule. I told them they couldnt do that because at the time if you had Dish Network you NEEDED two dishes to get all the locals. For the folks who dont know, back 7-8 years ago Dish use to put the "main" locals on 110 or 119 and the "minor" locals on 61.5 or 148. So most major cities needed two dishes to get the locals. Minneapolis needed it for a couple PBS stations.
Also here we have some folks who want ethnic channels so they need two dishes. Heck I've done a couple 97W installs for folks who have FTA and Dish or Direct. They said "we only can have one dish" and I told them "no you can put as many up as you want. I'm the HOA president and I know what we can do"
I just think its funny that she's been my neighbor for 6 years now and this is the first time she's said anything about it.....but then again this is the association board who chose the roofer based on a "pretty proposal" and not the fact he was 4 grand higher. I'm serious. I've got a buddy who has a roofing company and he was 4 grand less than this other company. But since the other company gave us this binder with a "stock" list of every little thing they would supposedly do on the proposal and all their certifications and my buddy gave them a proposal that wasn't as "thorough" they chose the other guy.
