Not a bad deal, but the same price can be found as an everyday price elsewhere if you miss this deal. I'd still pay a little more and get a Seagate. It may not have the 16MB cache, but the 5 year warranty versus the 1 year with the Maxtor is worth it in my book.

I ordered a Seagate yesterday after I saw and posted this...I have 2 200 gig 8 mb cache Seagates and have had no problems as well as assorted 80 gigs... right now my newest maxtor(the replacement) with the 16mb cache is acting a little funny so I ordered the Seagate to clone this drive too... around here the only place for drives is Wally world 160 gig Seagate is $98 or the local computer shop handles Western Digital but are high on prices...
