Has install this morning. Installer told me he installed a 5 lnb dish but in all the system menus on my HR20 it says 3 lnb dish. Is this normal? He did install the BBCs though.
Also, when I signed up, the rep told me they would be giving me NFL Superfan for me as a bonus. Of course, I log on to my account and no Superfan anywhere. I call up DTV and they say it was never added and it is not a part of their offers. That took about 20 minutes and talking to somebody else to finally have them give it to me.
