I have a couple of properties in TX that need to have the channels they get and the guide match up. Whoever installed this years ago has abandoned them and they called me to see if I could fix. They have a receiver in each room and in a back room they have a computer set up with some old software. Does anybody know how to do this?

The computer generally doesn’t do anything except maybe provide the logo in the guide.
