Low End HD DVR with UHF

I'm trying to figure out which Dish receiver will give me HD output (720p is fine) via HDMI, with a DVR and with a UHF remote (the receiver is hidden in a cabinet). Single tuner is fine.

ViP 612 will do all those things.

622, 722 ans 612 all do that. The only difference is the 612 does not feed a 2nd tv. I had mine in a a/v cabinet and had to add fans, because it gets real hot. I have one fan blowing in at the bottom and one fan blowing out at the top.

But OTA makes the 612 unstable. At least mine. That is why I have my OTA hooked up to my TV.
