I assume you mean "Loud and Clear." Your TV has nothing to do with the signal. It is simply displaying whatever the receiver gives it. All signal issues are handled at some point prior to it getting to your TV. I'm sure SimpleSimon or another expert will be along to help out but you could have a bad LNB, bad cable, bad switch, or bad receiver. The TV will not be an issue.

Give us numbers for 110 & 119 transponders 11 & 12, then run a Check Switch and look at them again.
