Lost satellite locals but gained program info on digital ota stations?

I live in the Richmond, Va area and subscribe to locals over satellite. I also have digital OTA channels thru 942 receiver. Until a couple of days ago I was recieving all my sat. locals but only receiving program guide info on one of my digital ota stations. Now I have lost the sat. locals on all but one on my local channels, they are not in guide nor can I direct input. I now have program guide info on the digital ota stations that I lose sat. feeds for. Anyone have a clue as to what could cause this? I call tech. support and the tried a few things (reboot/reauthorize) but no change. They said they would research and call me back.

Thats a new one to me, but it sounds like it may be an lnbf issue where your loosing certain transponders possibly. Are you loosing epg information for more than your locals over the sat or just the locals?

I have not noticed any other any other channels missing. The tech dept. said it was strange because all my locals were off the same transponder.

I'm not sure, but I have noticed the Richmond locals are now being simulcast on 129 (E5). Is WWBT the only channel you are receiving?

WTVR-6 is the only one I am receiving.

are your locals missing from both the 6-57 range and the 9385-9392 range? Or just the 6-57 range?

I don't have a 6-57 range that I am aware of.
