Lost NHL Center Ice 3 times now

in less than a week, has anyone with a 211 had any problems lately? Now i'm on hold for 30 minutes now and still nobody is picking up. Tech support can't help me b/c computers are down, they sent me to a call center that seems to be up the ass with calls right now.
