Lost local HD satellite channels only

I have a Dish 1000 with 4 LNB's, about 2 weeks ago I lost my local HD satellite channels. I have done a check switch and found out that my 118 Sat is showing a signal strength of 0. I am receiving the rest of my satellite channels otherwise.
Talked to Dish and they say they want to send somebody out, but I would like to have some idea as to why I''m not receiving my local HD satellite channels. Would apprecate any suggestions.
