loss of weather & CNN

Does anyone know why the weather channel & CNN just went off? I see they changed to transponder 15 ? We keep loosing more channels with the odd transponder change. yes we are on the edge of the viewing area

Call DirecTV and let them know you are having reception problems, they will send out a tech.

if you unplug your receiver for about 15 mins and plug it back in those channels come back the weather channel was off on one of my receivers i unplug the receiver for 15 mins and then plug back in the channel came back.

WOW. We've gone from an innocent legitimate question to a sequence of comedy club routines. To answer the question, please update us on your status, to determine if this was an intermittent problem or perhaps an issue with your particular installation/equipment. There are no other reports I've seen of this outage.
