Lose HD dnf?

The D* web site states:
"You may choose to keep your non-local networks by returning your reply card, but we must re-evaluate your eligibility for HD service separately. Unless you live in selected markets, you may no longer be eligible for the HD service. Please keep this in mind when making your decision."



I shall make my decision based upon my ability to keep the HD feeds. How do I find out if I will? I need this information before the April deadline.
