Here is the gist of the issue.

This is just a straight-forward early termination of a contract. Special circumstance - yes but not really worthy of all this press. Especially since E* made it right and with an apology.

In my thinking Dish did not have to cancel the contract as it was in the husband's name(the husband did not die).I don't see any bad press here.Dish canceled it because of the whining to AARP.:rant:
