Looking to get HDTV on FTA

I have been using Twinhan 1027 card to receive the HDTV from satellites for about 3 months. it works very well so far. It can be purchased from www.sat-sales.com

I thought i asked this question about an hour ago, but it seems to not be showing up..

So anyway I'll ask again.
Does anyone know if I can get some sort of OTA antenna to work with my VIP 622 and be able to record to the DVR from my OTA HD locals? If so, what do I need to do that with?
