Locals minimum?

Forgive me if this has been discussed previously. I just added locals to my flex pack. Just wondering if i can cancel them anytime, or if i have to hold them for 30 days?

Locals (like most of the Channel Packs) can be removed and added at any time. There is no programming change penalty. Drop them the same day you added them, and you get that day for free, since the prorated credit for dropping them completely offsets the prorated charge for adding them.
