Local installer?

My MIL is looking to get a dish. She is in a Condo Association, which requires a plan regarding how the dish will be installed or the first of kin. I'm pretty sure I know where the Dish can go, however, I don't want to make with some plan that would need to be altered on the fly, because I don't think the MIL wants to give up her first born. Can installers do a site visit to "OK" locations for the dish? The home is rather dish friendly, but the dish will need to be out of the way for the Condo Association, the only hassle. A clear southern view shouldn't be a problem. I'm in NE Ohio.

Yes, installers can do a site survey to make sure every thing is kool before the install.
