Local channels

Ok this is weird!! I am a full time rv'er. I move a lot. When I get somewhere I go on dish app and update my location and get the local channels. Never had a problem till now.
I am in Colorado Springs, updated the locals, app says good to go.
None of them work! All other channels work fine.
Dish says they don't know what the problem is, call somebody.
They aren't picking up a signal for some reason but other channels on same satellite are.
Any ideas??

Try tuning to a local channel directly to see if you get it. A complete cold restart might fix the issue.

Did you have them send a signal to the box? Sometimes when I do it online myself it doesn’t work and Dish has to do it on their end.
