Local channels missing on new receivers

I currently have a 622 and 508 with the DVR Advantage pack and Philly locals. All are fine.

I added two DP301's and the locals aren't coming in - either at the high channels, or the remapped channels. The receivers have been on for about an hour since activation. Any ideas why? (I don't have phone lines hooked up to them since I don't want PPVs being ordered from them.)

You can do a reset by pushing and holding in the power button until the green light blinks and the reciever will reset itself. When it gets done rebooting check and see if your locals are working, if not Id give dish a call back and make them send a re-authorization signal.
