Local channels in different state?

Would it be possible for someone living in Ga watching A UPN local station.Be able to get that same local UPN station in Tampa Florida?My boss is thinking he can do this and I say it can't be done.Thanks

Legally, you're only supossed to receive local channels for the market you claim to live in. In the rare cases that people are still eligible for distant waivers that would also get them distant locals. But if you were to claim you lived somewhere else than you actually did, you'd get those locals, but because local channels for the majority are only receivable in "spot beams inside that area" there are only several markets that could be received throught the US
