So I have an 811, 311 and 510. When we recently moved we had our locals move with us. During the install my 311 and 811 where available, but my 510 was still in transit for our installation tech to hook up. He told me how to do a switch check once I got it there and all would be good.
he was right for the most part, but now I don't have my locals on the 510. I get them on my 811 and 311 just fine, but not on my 510.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? I never remember to call tech support at night as I mostly use my 811 right now.
