If i remoove the plastic piece from a circular lnb will it operate like a linear lnb for fta?

Depends...

Most circular LNBFs do not tune below 12.2GHz. If the LNBF's LO is 11250, the LNBF electronics must also be modified to tune 11.7-12.2GHz FSS band.
