I gotta say, I'm not impressed with PQ so far (my res is set to 1080). It's not bad, but it isn't as good as voom. Even the tech was impressed at my PQ for OTA from my voom stb. Also the tech said he couldn't get my amplified antenna to work with the 942 (even showed me a bulletin he received stating this). What we did was hook up the 942 and then directly wired my voom stb for OTA HD. If your TV is capable of both component or DVI, which will give you better picture/sound quality? The 942 comes with a HDMI/DVI converter, but is it better?
