List of cities for HD rollout?

I apologize if this had already been listed, but with the recent launch of the new sattelite, has there been any sort of list of cities that D* plans to roll out local HD channels?

VM. We dont have a definitive list from Directv right now but we should see some insider info in the coming month when D10 is closer to consumer use in September. While most of D10 will be for conus or naitonal usage, there are plans for more markets and expanded channels beyond ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox.
