it had a few channels all scrambled some of the channels were ATN,CBC,SRC-E,EMTL,CTVTB

These are Bell channels. Might be you are getting to far south to get them any stronger. Some of the Bell signals drop off as you get south. I don't know which ones do and which ones don't.

They are definetley bell channels on 82, CTVTB is one of my local channels and I know for a fact is is on 82. The footprint on 82 is mostly aimed at canada and the southern states can't get it at all, so you might be getting as high of a signal on it as you can get.

I think I will lock everything down and try to move to another sat. Would 83W be a good one to try next? or should I go a little further from the true south sat.

83 would be good.
74 west is another one to try, ONN is strong.
Just remember to enter the correct Switch and LNB info.

I had a chance to work with my system today.

I used the motor to move the dish to 74W, as Lak7 suggested, and found ONN. Quality was around 50.

Then I moved to 83W and found the RTN feeds, Quality around 40

Moved to 123W Quality in the 40's and scanned tp 11718 and veiwed some stuff there.

I think I need to do some fine tunning, but I seem to be close.

If you can have the receiver and a TV at the Dish, just put pressure on the Dish East / West / Up / Down while watching the Quality meter. Make notes of any improvements at different Sats.

Also, a Receiver's Q Meter is not standardized, each Make / Model are different
