Could someone here point me to documentation that I need to convince people at work that the boxes they buy from Canada that can be programmed for Dish or Direct are really not legal here..They have the attitude that no one owns the "airwaves" and that getting HBO and such through this method is different than circumventing cablevision to the same end..I really dont understand their logic and could not abide the picture freezes they tell me about when they have to "reprogram" it.
