I have had a 510 for about 2 years. The SAT button at the top of the remote is no longer working. Since I am leasing the 510 from Dish Network should they replace the remote for free? Thanks.
They won't replace for free, but if you add the warranty for 5.99 a month to your account they will replace at no charge and S&H charges. You can remove the warranty after getting the new remote and you are only charged for the days you had the warranty. There is no obligation and you can add and remove it as often as you like.
