Lease fee question?

I now have the HD stand alone pack, Thank you E* for finally providing this package. I own a 622 and a 942, now if I replace the 942 with a leased 622 would there be a monthly lease fee of $7?
Going by the web site I could lease the 622 for $100 and the will ship it to me.
