Is there any way for meto get L.A. locals in the SF bay Area even though I get the Bay Area locals?

You could apply for waivers from your local stations, but the chance of getting them is virtually nil.

Is there any way for meto get L.A. locals in the SF bay Area even though I get the Bay Area locals?

I made a request for waivers about a year ago, all 4 Bay Area network affiliates said NO. I tried to ask again about 2 months ago and the CSR told me that once they say no you can't ask again, unless you move or buy an RV.
