KVH Tracvision LM Wrong Satellite Found - Help Please

We are having problems locking on the 101, it's not even close to the correct EL and AZ. I've left the 12v power on when moving hoping it would keep tracking, hasn't worked yet.

I'm able to move it from my laptop, using hyperterminal, to find a signal when we are stopped. But it's a hassle every time to do it!

What did KVH have to say about it ?
Is it New or Old, under warranty ?

I haven't called them as it's an old unit. Just thought I might get lucky with anyone else having the problem. I bought it used, and will deal with it.

I'd still call them and see if they have anyone that works on them or knows of anyone.
