KU Band Transponder gets decent signal but 0 SNR, what can be done to fix it?

I should have included that my readings were from a 90cm dish antenna. A larger dish might yield better results. Here is a scan from 10700-12700MHz:

So that means that signal of north america is intended for USA or Mexico and not Canada
its coverage of Canada is limited to the Southern parts, but it should be ok where Cham is (48 or 49 dBW), not very different from Guatemala (48 to 50 dBW)

You are right, We got the same power, but I forgot to ask Cham what SR he got, I think that people in the US will get 1000 SR while I'm getting 32720
