Poor pic quality but it looks like there is no polar or az/el mount. Just the regular steel mount for microwave antenna. So that tells me it was a terrestrial microwave link antenna. Still for a 15 foot antenna i'd have one made up or something

A close look suggests this might be 6' or 8'.
No chance it's 10'.

(well, it -does- have a tall pole, but not $1500 worth)
