KHON Hawaii pixelated, blanking, audio drops

KHON local and also their sub channel experiencing pixelated video, momentary blank to black screen and occasional audio drops on the HD feed.
SD feed is even worse.

This is the only local experiencing this issue.

Last time this happened, it was supposedly the uplink equipment in Colorado.

Like I said, I'm trying to find out how widespread this is. Last time I worked between the chief engineer at KHON and DISH tech. Lots of finger pointing each way.

It appears that the issue is now resolved AFTER the Notre Dame Stanford game is over. The issue was evident on all SD and HD feeds on the game feed, local commercials and network commercials.
