JUST the MLB Package

Is it possible to get nothing other than the MLB package from DISH.
With VOOM adding ESPN there is not much reason to spend 25.00 a month for the cheapest package of channels that I mostly get on VOOM. No locals are available in my area, and only one distant network.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

All I have is locals and distant FOX.

There is a $5 surcharge for not having the minimum package (AT60)

What if all I want is HBO, and the HD Package

Is there a good way to do this without having to pay for all the extra AT60/120?

Yup just pay the $5 extra a month for not having a minimum package (ie AT 60)

Good, because my analog cable signal is better than the SD output on the 811.

I'll just use the 811 for OTA HD and HD Sat.

It is possible

Signed up Tuesday for DISH with only the MLB package! It should get installed on Friday or Saturday.

Here are the details. Pay (buy ) for the eguipment and install. Dish 500 dish, a 311 receiver, and the install comes to $150.00. Pay for programing of the MLB package (approx $140.00). and pay a service charge of $5.00 per month.

I have been really sick and tired of not seeing baseball, and considering I have VOOM and a C-Band (for grandfathered in distant Networks) I didn't figure I needed any package at all.

Is this a great deal? Well it is really the only game and deal in town so I'm in.
